casting problem.

Even our beloved vamp dips had so much of class. (never thought i will say this but i miss her so much😭)The second pabbo had too much makeup... even i didn't like her and made few posts also. she didn't suit with mb and with other casts. she looked totally different from other casts, over dramatic and artificial. typical villain type. but the previous actor was cute n dressed well.

We know they don't have money n maybe the previous cast was costing them too much but was it necessary to settle for something below standard.

Who is responsible for the casting? The director, the ph or somebody else?
