It means the definition of "out of control" is what. And what Sammy calculated

2. When Sammy told to raghav that he has fallen for kalpi, why Raghav came out from his cabin
And suddenly stopped himself saying "what you are doing Raghav, control yourself".
But
Actually what he thought of doing and stopped suddenly.

this is just my opinion to the questions:
I don't think anything physically happened but the fact that kalpi was on top of raghav more of a moral issue...in most parts of india that type of scene is only accepted by the married couple or Bollywood..so for me I don't think that we missed anything...kalpi feels like that because it is the first time she has been with a man other than her bro and papa..and some how she may have felt uncomfortable thinking that the great raghav don't like her...because for her he has always been rude to her never loving to her...so she is not sure and the maya scene did not help her...
raghav out of control maybe is his emotions because currently all his emotions is consumed by kalpi and he cannot keep them in control...the thought of anything happening to her he cannot control...he could not control her kindness to him and made him more in love with her because it is kindness without asking for anything even though he treats her rudely...Sammy is thinking the same raghav cannot control his love for kalpi that is why he told raghav that he has fallen for kalpi and is love with her...Sammy is not mad with him maybe he wants him to accept what has happen to him in stead of paying the high price kalpi.
2nd question...he came out of the cabin may be to quarrel with kalpi and give her a lecture as he is accustom to doing but in walking out that is where he drawing attention to himself and if Sammy is picking up on his behaviour then maybe others would to...he wants to know how kalpi feels he wants to tell her but those are the uncontrolled emotions that he fears the most as he is a man with a mission..so going and scolding kalpi would only mean he wants to be around her...but he is always looking for an excuse...
he was going to confront her about the laptop but he already knew the answer...and he knew she felt awakard about the whole situation so he just did maybe for once he felt he did not need her to control him because she is controlling him...he needs to be with her around her...that is his solace and paradise...
