The Episode starts with Akshara talking to Anshu. She asks him to share with her if he feels right. Anshu says I don't need anyones help. Akshara tells him to talk to Jasmeet and try to slove the problem. Duggu comes to Akshara and tells about collecting money for charity and getting gold star. He gets his piggy bank out and ask Akshara to donate money. Akshara gives him money. Devyaani, Bhabhimaa, Girija and Sudha are cleaning the store room. Devyaani gets hay fever from the dust but doesn't say anything.
Duggu talks to Dadda ji and asks him to give him some money. Dadda ji puts some money in his mud pot. He asks Rajbanna. Akshara says he is taking money from everyone. Duggu is happy to get the money. Devyaani gives him some money and says I also want to give money, why did you not come to me. Akshara tells him to take it. He takes the money and thanks her. Devyaani sneezes. Akshara asks her what happened, are you not well. Devyaani says I'm fine, maybe my dad is missing me. Duggu ask Naitik to take him out for ice cream. Naitik says no, the weather is very cold. Akshara notices Devyaani not feeling well. She goes to Devyaani and says tell me what happened. Devyaani says no, I have dust allergy. Akshara says then why did you go to store room. Devyaani says I'm Ved, I can cure myself. Akshara says fine, rest now. Devyaani says I have much work. Akshara says okay we both will take rest together. Devyaani gets emotional and talk about her kids.
Jasmeet misses Anshu and asks for a coffee. She gets sad thinking he left. Anshu also misses Jasmeet. Naman asks Jasmeet to sort out the problem after her exams.
Akshara is making Duggu do his homework and Naitik sitting beside doing his office work.. Duggu ask for a break. Akshara says come back in 10 min. Duggu leaves.. Akshara says he always wants break.. Naitik says everybody likes to take break to do something different from their daily routine. Akshara tells Naitik about 'baby moon' and says we will go to baby moon. Naitik says I did the bookings, we are going tomorrow morning. Akshara says Devyaani is not well, we can't go tomorrow. Naitik says fine, I thought we will go tomorrow, I will cancel the bookings. Bhabhimaa says to Akshara don't refuse him. Akshara says how can we go, Devyaani is not well and I'm worried about Anshu. Bhabhimaa says it's not a big problem, everything will be fine soon. Akshara says still, everyone will get worried. Bhabhimaa says we will be busy always, you people take time for yourselves also. She says it's my decision, you both go tomorrow. Bhabhimaa asks Naitik to take good care of Akshara. Naitik and Akshara are happy. Naitik tells Duggu about it.
It's night, Devyaani feels unwell. She sees Rajbanna is sleeping and goes to get water for herself. It's morning, everyone ask Devyaani why didn't she tell them. Devyaani says I'm fine. Akshara and Bhabhimaa worry about her and asks her to tell them. Rajbanna says you should have told me, I was in the room. Devyaani says it won't happen next time I will tell. Naitik says he will cancel their trip. Devyaani ask him not to.
Duggu comes and says drop me to school. Akshara asks him not to trouble anyone at home. Duggu says okay lets go to school now.
Naksh is on their way for baby moon trip. Naitik asks Akshara to have the juice. Akshara ask how far are we. Naitik ask if she feeling tired. Akshara says when I'm with you I have no worries or tiredness. They look at each other and smile.
At ss, Devyaani preparing medicine. Bhabhimaa ask her to take rest. She says I'm fine. Rajbanna comes and gives her some medicines. Duggu comes. Bhabhimaa says I'll go and get food for you. He sits by Devyaani. Devyaani asks do you want more money. Duggu says will you give. She says yes. He says then put it. Yeh Rishta kya kehlata hai tune plays in the background. Devyaani ask do you want to try making this.. he says will you show me. She says yes.. they make the medicines together. Bhabhimaa smiles looking at them. Devyaani feeds him while he tries to make the medicines. Duggu eats.. Devyaani feels happy.
Rajshri and Dadi come to ss. Duggu tells them that Devyaani taught him to make medicines. Rajshri says we are talking Duggu with us, you won't be able to take care of him and Devyaani is unwell. Devyaani says no, we will take care of him. Rajshri says he will spend some time with us. Devyaani feels sad.
Akshara questions Naitik about the dates of their meeting during courtship period. Naitik forgets things. Akshara says you forget everything. Naitik says, you remember things so whether you remember or I do, it's all the same. Akshara laughs and suddenly gets some pain. Naitik gets worried and ask what happened. Akshara says I'm getting bad pain. Naitik says lets go back, I don't want to take any risk. He says we will go back and see the doctor.
Precap: Naksh are come home. Everyone ask what's the matter, shall we call the doctor. Naitik says that they are coming from the doctor. Bhabhimaa ask what did they say... Naksh looks worried.
