That condition only applied if any of the Pandavas violated the privacy whenever Draupadi was consummating w/ another. Like Draupadi & Yudisthir were when Arjun barged into their room to grab his weapons. In the original, Arjun did it b'cos a brahmin came to him and told him that a group of dacoits were attacking him. He hesitated, due to the privacy issue, but realized that saving the brahmin was more important. In fact, Yudisthir offered to waive his punishment, given the circumstances, but Arjun went ahead anyway to keep the vow.
Here of course, they made Shakuni the cause in this case as well. Of course, even Indraprastha subjects must be saints - how can there be any robbers amongst them?
Anyway, back to my point, there was nothing wrong w/ any of the Pandavas touching Draupadi - she was their wife.
