What if Aastha can really see????

I mean a while ago, we're shown Nikhila talking to some guy, when Gauri sees them, but Nikhila denies that she was with some guy and that she came staright from the airport. What if Aastha and her grandfather have been sent by Nikhila and Aastha can really see. Nikhila did this so Kaaya will start hating Gauri, cause Nikhila wants to hurt Gauri.

She became blind after the accident no 😃 I mean if the patient says I cannot see what can doctor do. Also the doctor sees the report and says whats wrong with the patient. And bribing and changing the report in hospitals are very common in Ekta Maiya's Land 😉

Aaaah, that is soooooooo very possible , and I never even considered this aspect, its sooo very possible, Nikky seems like she can go really low to get Gauri out of her way!
