Zoya binds Ranveer in exclusive contract

Details about Zoya Akhtar's upcoming film, Dil Dhadakne Do are being kept strictly under wraps. A few weeks ago, Mirror, broke the news that the film will roll in May aboard a cruise liner.
Though buzz is that Priyanka Chopra and Ranveer Singh will play siblings, with Farhan Akhtar and Anushka Sharma paired opposite them, reportedly Ranveer is not playing Pee Cee's brother.
"He's a rich businessman and you'll see a Ranveer you've never seen on screen before," says the head honcho of Excel and Farhan's co-producer, Ritesh Siddhwani. Meanwhile, a friend of the actor elaborates on the role, saying that it is Ranveer's most difficult portrayal to date. "His character is very prim and proper and unlike the carefree characters he has played so far," says the source.
Interestingly, Ranveer has signed a contract with the production house, stating that he will not shoot for any other film, not even ads, until Zoya's film wraps up. Explains Ritesh, "We want to keep Ranveer's look under wraps. Fortunately for us he has agreed to work exclusively on Dil Dhadakne Do for four-and-half months."
Meanwhile, Zoya has finished her recee and a major portion of the film will be shot extensively across Europe in countries like Turkey, Spain, Italy, France and Tunisia. Many of the important characters meet on the cruise for the first time. Talks are on with Anil Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit and Tabu to play significant roles but they are yet to be signed
