Atleast momma had some spunk in the start and did show some semblance of resistance till she fell in love. And even later..she was a doormat for the one she truly loved
but baby toh sells her mobile and slogs wothout a word for a woman like Leelavati..when she could have used that money for her dida's treatment.
par nahi..its important to sell mobile and give money to a leech like Leelavati..dida can wait..but yes, her sickness is to be used to lie to your boss and make googly eyes at him..dida and illness can wait 😛

A way to piss of the fans of the show, ST. At least they could have shown her able to prioritize that the money could be better served for the hospital treatment for her Dida, and get her to tell Bittuji what Leela is doing to put pressure on her for money for rent, make an arrangement to pay them at month end and not right away. For a graduate she's not able to manage her life.

I didn't vote. I just wanted to comment on what was showing now. Both Madhu's don't act appropriately if I was in each one's place I would not act as they both acted, so it's not doormat all the way through from the beginning its acting in an inappropriate and not natural way. As I said above that would have been the natural way for to act. As she didn't act in that way, I don't know is it doormat or is it bad writing by the CV's, not realising what is the natural way for the character to act so audiences can feel the connection to her.
