Didnt parvati already sang some lines of the same song when they were in hospital? I think it was in the episode from 22th jan. Why didnt rudra react then in the same way like he did today?

Yup, it's a glitch in the screenplay. Another way to reconcile this is that now under so much pressure and stress he has become more sensitive to his mom's memories.
