I wouldn't be surprised if Koki had taken Gopi to one side later on and repeated Scar's dialogue from that movie, "Run away Gopi. Run as far away as you can. And never come back." Then she would have angrily told the family that Gopi has gone hence the animosity towards her?

One thing I felt when Koki was throwing Gopi out is that she was not aware of Gopi's pregnancy. And maybe her reaction would have been different if Gopi had revealed about the same. But now she even knows about Vidya and still remains stubborn in her decision. She believes Gopi ruined Meera's life then what about Koki ruining Vidya's? She kept Ahem devoid of seeing his daughter grow up. If she still insists on keeping Gopi away from the family I would have to put her in the same category as Urmila.

I gather that we are made aware that Gopi left MM of her own will. I think she was pushed. Koki would have had such a cob on and Radha would no doubt add more fuel. All Koki needs is an excuse to hate Gopi, and Gopi in her grief and mahaandom handed it to Koki and Radha on a plate.

If it's true that we do indeed have a stronger, independent Gopi, then like George Michael I shall be waiting for the day. Let the truth come out and Koki, Hetal and Baa ask for forgiveness. I would love for Gopi to step back from them. They would have to abide by her terms. Oh happy Day!

you are right Radha would have added more fuel to fire, each day kokila hating loathing Gopi, despite her pleading with kokila to forgive her, she wanted Gopi out and thats what happened. Ahem was probably still in shock over losing meera he didnt see what his mother was doing
