OH gaaawwwddd!!!!!!!!! This is SOOO irritating!!!!!!!! Every time we are super active one week and the next week we fall back again!!!!! I think we are relaxing too much on the weeks when we have increased. We need to keep going guys!!!! This wont work!!!!! We have to continue being active!!!!!!
