lol..i know its eating healthy and exercise but what type of exercise? i want to shed like 2-3 pounds...lol im like 115 and 5'3 so does n e one know?😳

go for a run wearing a garbage bag uner a sweater EVERY morning...for like 20 mins..or so
and do a LOT of pulluppz.. pushupss..situpss....benchupss..
and also a lot of weight liftgin hahaha 😆

go on jog each morning for 20 minutes eat vegetables and grain /drink lots of milk....dance for 30 min and before sleepin g go out for a walk...follow this and u will lose more than u iamgined😛
