For Muslims on the forum-- Do u think it's wrong 2 watch Indian films? - Page 15

I'm not against Bollywood movies and do watch them myself and enjoy quite a few... But really?? If your gonna compare yourself with the worst, your never gonna get better... I mean, there will always be something worse out there than what you do.. Doesn't mean you should compare to that and try to make yourself delusional about the fact that you are better just because someone else is worse than you ... That's a stupid logic to go by...

And @TM, All I have to say is, I am Muslim and I watch Bollywood films all the times.. Even Hollywood films which are even more exposing and stuff... I never go along with it and it doesn't matter I watch for entertainment and it doesn't affect me in any way EVER... I have also watched quite a few films and even serials where they depict our religion (Islam) in a wrong way and doesn't show the true meaning but my religion is to myself... Nothing shown on television can be greater than what I stand by and it doesn't affect it... But, if you feel you are getting affected or feel uncomfortable, maybe you should watch movies selectively or just fast forward certain scenes to your liking ...

It's up TO YOU where you draw the line... Films are not meant to be taken as seriously as some people make it out to be... They are fictional and really, if you take it beyond a certain limit, what can anyone else do
