How often do you get in a pool? i used to go once a week now i amlucky if i go 3 times a year

Laps or fooling around? mucking around with friends
If you do laps, what is the general amount you do? its a 50 meter pool so maybe about 4-5 laps then am tired
What is the most amt of laps u have done? training for the school team once i did about 25 laps arms ached so much the next day. i quit the team after the first meet had enough
Did u time it? 😃 no first lap was quick by the 5 lap was sinking but sort of carried on

Do you play volley ball? a few times not very good at it
