PART - 2WHOLE night Maan sat near Dadima,waiting for her to regain concious. He sat in sitting position there only. Next morning dadima awake and Maan too wake up. He get closer to her. 'how are you dadima?' he is tensed for her health. Instead of giving him reply she stirred to another side,wont want to talk to him. Maan pleads but dadima doesnt respond to his any plead. Maan wont bear her tortures and moved to the side she is facing. 'dadima please talk to me. I am worried for you.' Maan's voice is meak and trembling.
Meanwhile Annie came to see her. 'bhai pls dadima ko force mat keejiye.' she said coldly.
'Annie beta inse keh dejiye hume ise koi baat nahi karni.' Dadima too confirm her intentions in a very rude way.
'abi dadima narza hai. Baad me baat karu woi theek hai.' Maan thought and left the room annoyingly. 'its ok Dadima aap rest keejiye i am leaving.' Maan is very worried for her health. Moreover she is angry with him.
Adi knew him from childhood,so his tension cant be hide from him. He can read his face easily. Adi couraged and asked him the reason. 'sirrr any problem? Aap pareshan lag rae ho?' He wants to know and Maan told him about Dadima's illness. 'sssiiirr aap agr gussa na ho to ek baat kahu? He asked for the permission.
'hmm kaho.' Maan granted. 'sssirrr aap dadima ki baat maan leejiye. I mean apko kya kami hai. Aap aaj keh do to ladkio ki line lag jayegi.' Adi said in one gulping his saliva.
Maan stared him. 'woi main nahi chahta. All are only after my name and fame. They wants to marry my status only.' Maan unknowingly open with him. Adi's father is is work for Khurana's so Adi is too pampered by Khurana's like a family member. May be thats why he too feel comfortable with him.
'nai sir. Sari ladkiya asis nahi hoti. I am sure apka perfect soul mate b hoga.' he convincing him.
'perfect soul mate? This is all rubbish wrote by writers to sold their books. In reality there is nothing like love. Everything is a deal. People married to each other for their own benifits. Ek time tha jab main b in bewakufio me believe karta tha but reality hit me soon and i saw the real face of this world.' Maan is filled with bitterneass and only speak venom. Its very difficult for anyone to convience him. Adi turn silent he knows if he pressed this matter more,it might hurts him.
IN KM:
Dadima is sitting on her bed busy in eating grapes,enclosed by Meera and Annie.
'dadima do you think Maan bhai is affected by our drama?' Annie seems tensed.
'kya khak asar hua. Veerji to jae office baithe hai. Dadima kuchh strong sochiye.' Meera doubted on their plan.
'lagta hai ab Maan ko bada jhatka dena padega.' dadima said coolly with a smirk.
'par wo kaise dadima?' Annie wants to know the new plan of dadima.
'Annie beta apko yaad hai Arjun k ek friend hai jo heart specialisht hai or unka apna hospital hai.' Dadima proceed telling her new plan.
'ha to?' She wont get her.
'to kya bhuddhu...' Meera said annoyingly and she get the pla of dadima. All three ladies winked and gave hi5 to each other.
In KGI:
Annie made a call to Maan and informed him about dadi's serious condition. 'bhai ap jaldi life care hospital aa jao. Dadima ki tabiyat bahut khrab hai,isliye maine or bhabhi ne unko admitt kiya hai.' she said in such a trembling voice that panicked him to death. '
Annie dont scared. I ll b there in a moment.' Maan mummbled.
Adi was there with him.'what happened sir?'
'Adi dadima is hospitalized. I have to leave. Cancel my rest meetings.' He commands him.
'dont worry aap jaiye.' Adi to get worried for her.
Maan reached to the hospital. She was in I.C.U. Maan reached to Annie and Meera. Both start crying seeing him. He consoled both and reached to doc's cabin. 'what happened doc? Subah to theek lag rai thi?' Maan paniced badly.
'look Mr. Khurana as you know she already a heart patient and in that case its very necessary she wont take any stress. Agr aise hi raha to i am scared any thing can happens to her. Please make sure she stay happy all the time.' Doc was Arjun's best friend and he do his job. He cautioned him as they want.
Maan went to I.C.U ward and entered inside. She is laying clenching her eyes,pretending off in sleep mode. He sat silently near her. After half an hour she opened her eyes and he got a relief breath. Maan hold her hand softly. 'dadi please dont stressed yourself for my sake. Aap jo bolegi wo main karunga.' he broked in his weak moment.
'aap promise karte hai?' she asked in almost cracked voice.
'dadima aap pehle theek ho jaiye bas.' reluctantly he agreed to her terms. Two days and she get discharged from hospital. Maan agreed due to her condition but inside he was not ready for this.
'sir aap itna tension kyu le rahe hai. Mere pass hai na solution apki problem hai.' Adi said excitedly.
Maan stared him annoyingly. "You have solution of this?"
"Sir dadima chahti hai aap shadi kar lo par aap ye nahi chahte. To kyu na bech ka rasta le.", he gave suggestion to him.
"Have you gone mad? Becch ka koi rasta nahi hai." Maan said frustratingly.
"Hai sir bilkul hai. Contract Marriage.", Adi told him excitedly. He was very sure that he gave him an ultimate solution.
Maan's brows knotted. He gave a glare and stern look to him. "Adi dont irritate me."
"Sir trust me,you dont have any better option then this. Soir please listen to me. Pune me mere ek friend ka acting institute hai. Hum kisi b ladki ki waha se hier karenge sirf 6 mahino k liye." He proceed tolding his plan.
"Or usse kya hogs?" Maan gritted his teeth.
"Hoga na sir. Apka problem solve hoga. Dekhiye sab khush ho jayenge ki apki shadi ho gai hai. Dadima ki wish b puri ho jayegi. Or jaise hi dadima theek ho jayegi to aap us ladki ko apni life se bahar bhej dena koi b natak karke. Aise aap ka or dadima dono ka problem solve ho jayega." Adi convienced him with his plan.
Maan wasnt sure but he had no other choice. He take deep breath and thought for a while. "Are you sure?" Maan conviencing slightly.
"Ok then told your friend. Hum kal hi jayenge or kaam pura kar lenge." Maan get ready for contract marriage.
Adi talk to his friend and told him about their need.
Maan told his family that he had some work so he have to gi for a few days. Next day both Maan and Adi leave for Pune.
