If Indian team selected for Bdesh do very well..You think senior players who have been "rested" will loose their spots and will retire?

I highly doubt it, i think some of those senior player will stay and have a lot to offer, e.g Tendulkar.

Who else has been rested for the ODI team?

See the other article about all members of test and one day teams for deatils....Ganguly has also been "rested"..Harbhajan, irfan pathan, ajit agarkar have been dropped

No, i do not think they will lose their sports and retire, well i hope not. 😳

Tendulkar and Pathan still have much to offer and hope they continue to play. 😳

well I think the BCCI selectors will still wait until they totally rest them. I think that the new players should get one or two tours to prove themselves and if not then the original players should come back!!

Im really confused with Pathan, he is SUCH a talent and he is so young. What are the BCCI doing with him. He came on the scene and was amazing and then they delevoped his batting, but now he has lost it.

I agree he needs to play more cricket, but to drop him is silly. He is a great bowler and deserves his place coz he adds balance to the indian team as an all-rounder
