DABH!! never fails to surprise you. Name one, one other show, where in one scene, a TV Bahu ( probably the most famous Bahu among the current lot) is fighting a dude single-handedly in a Kabbadi match, in the next scene, her MIL knows about all this and her only complain is that she will miss her DIL during a wedding ( yeah, no evil plotting, no trying to convince the son to marry again). In the very next shot, the same Bahu who was busy playing kabadi, decides to do some jewellery shopping for her SIL and the SIL actually likes the jewellery that her Bhabi just sms'd the pic of.
This is tooo many of firsts in a single-episode. The thread-name has Sandhya, coz she is the channel of all these refreshing changes. How proud am I to see Sandy in difference IPS training uniforms minus all the jewellery and the customary Sindhoor that used to mark TV bahus for a looong time!! And ofcourse thanking her halwai husband for all this.( Let me not even get into the heroics of the Halwai, I am sure it will definitely leave a person or two with Diabetes!!).
We have seen all phases of Sandy! Now is the phase, where we sit back and enjoy while Sandy goes after that Trophy!!
P.S :- Surprisingly, the IPS track has been a lot better than I had expected. A perfect balance between Sandy heroics, the nice Shayadri squad, Chavi wedding preps in Puskhar, SoorYa telephone convos in Pushkar, a stubborn Zakir, and introduction to Kavitha.. That's a lot of things all moving smoothly at their required pace.
All this made me create, not one but three threads 😳😆
