Problem during Profile Update

Hi,

I have got this problem when I use safari browser. I am not able to update my profile.

when i click on update profile.. this (^) window appears and whole browser gets deactivate. when i click Ok. It appears again immediately and none of the other tabs works.

While this same update profile is working fine in Chrome and Firefox browser.

neither i have received any e-mail from india-forums regarding e-mail verification.

Please help. Thank you.

u should change ur email nd then try

It's not just you. It's the problem with IF apparently. I can't update my profile either :/

@Sans dear i can't change my e-mail id either.. bcz then i need to access my dashboard..will try it in another browser though..

@beyondwords.. oh! hope they fix it soon..

I tried changing my email id in another browser but it's still the same in Safari :/

I-F faces some compatibility issues on some browsers.

Safaris script codes are not compatible with IF codes so you have to use other alternative browsers like Mozilla, Opera, Internet explore etc.

Chrome also has some issues.
