Giaa Maanek, who was once accused by Star Plus of being unprofessional' during the entire controversy regarding her exit from their hit show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya to be part of Colors' Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa was recently approached, as per sources, by Star Plus all over again, to essay the role of Karan's wife in Siddharth Tewary's magnum-opus show Mahabharat.

Our source informs us that Giaa, who is now taking a break after quitting SAB TV's Jeannie Aur Juju, apparently turned down the role, again under controversial conditions, as the role in offer was not meaty enough. The source maintains that Giaa might have again joined the renowned Star Parivar, had she been offered a stronger character.

When we contacted Producer Siddharth Kumar Tewary, he said, "My casting team calls my actors for cameo roles, but her name did not reach me."

Well if vrushali's role is just a cameo then i am glad that they wont drag the whole karna and vrushali track
