He knows that marriage has to happen soon enough so when the threats given he has to think fast.

He's just said they will get married.

1. He wont REALLY have to do it, he can leave the house with Paro anytime, without telling anything to anyone.

2. He didn't wanna say NO and give masala chachi another reason to doubt, atleast for the time being.

3. He probably thought this is the BEST IDEA to get Paro to speak up the truth, because this is the ultimate threat she can have, marriage with Jallad, a guy who killed her husband.

So, I don't see marriage is on cards. 🥱
