hey guyz i havent watched dis show for 7 months so hav no clue wats happenin!i know dat the aastha dat lives wid simran is abhi and neha's daughter but who's sia?and who kidnapped the real aastha?and y?(simran and abhi's daughter)

plz sum1 reply im so confused 😭

sia is the REAL aastha and simran and abhi daughter
simran got her back because the woman who kidnapped her died and gave her back to her real parents!!

Astha dislikes Simran because Simran lied to her one after another. Later Astha read Neha's diary and realizes that her real mom has suffered a lot because of Simran. Astha is a young teenager, very badly brought up and impulsive girl.

Sia is overwhelmingly mature, mostly acts stupid (at least the results are unfailingly negative) and too sugary. The other part is that Dr Sid, who works in Simran's hospital and son of Dr Manas, best friend of Astha, falls in love with Sia but Sia does not acknowledge as she was already in love with joker Abhi but when she comes to know the truth, she starts feeling for the next guy, Sid. But to sacrifice her love for step sister Astha is trying to avoid Sid sometimes but gets close the other time 😕
