But then as usual, some baadha or interference has to come in the life of our beloved Jodha and Jalal. Today, the baadha was the one and only : Ruqaiyya Begum aka Hookah Begum, who had left Agra for Sikri in the first place because of her insecurities with respect to Jodha and Jalal. Once Ruqaiyya met the both of them, she immediately pulled them apart.

Then, Ruqaiyya started her natak of not wanting to travel like an aam aadmi because it was against her audha and shaan as a Begum. Come on, Ruqaiyya, are your audha and shaan are the only things you think about? Since, she also keeps talking about Jalal's security, I have something to say. Wouldn't Jalal's life actually be in danger if she went around looking like a Begum(tubelight), since the place they were travelling through had dacoits? I guess her oh-so-ever smart brain has gone to the dogs, ever since she has started becoming insecure about our couple.

Even after she agreed to go as a common person, she had other issues like keede-makode, not having matresses, not having a pair of clothes, pain in the feet, not having baandhis with her, giving Jalal normal food etc. The list is endless. She even blasted out at Jodha just because she thought that she was trying to show her neecha because she couldn't cook.

Okay, we know you are Begum-e-Khaas, but not that Khaas that Jodha wants to put you down at every instant.

I really don't blame Ruqaiyya, because she is acting like a pea-brain only on the instructions of the great Wazir-e-Aaliya Maham Anga, who has got her voice back after the entire week of silence when Jodha drank poison. Seriously, her big mouth has caused enough problems for everyone. It would have been better if it remained shut permanently.

On the end note, all I want to say is that Jalal's eyes seemed to be focussed only on Jodha today. I guess this is the CVs way of giving us a Valentine's Day episode. Hopefully, the Monday Precap remains true to its word and is just not a scene shown to mislead us.
