I don't think Deepika has created much negativity. She constantly gets asked about him, she answers straightforward.

Ranbir is just a very promiscuous guy who is major player and will get bashed for it. Everyone gets bashed over some flaw of theirs.

Her straightforwardness and frankness is restricted only to Ranbir. Never replies to questions about her other exs/current relationship let alone divulge personal details like she did with Ranbir. Anyways, she has stopped taking potshots now and hopefully, will get over the oneitis completely.
