I think he is the one with an issue...that's why she is uncomfortable when asked about medicines..and she so quickly reassures him multiple times that it's no ones fault...and she is the one who called the Orphanage ...she asked him if he expects her to stay this way life long...seems to me she is covering for him alright!!

You know what, Samrat is probably impotent and she's covering up for him so he doesn't feel bad about it 😆

Somehow I get the feeling that the infertility issues are with Samrat and not Maithali and that's why he's so nice to her and get's irritated with all the havans and pujas. I think a surrogacy track would be the end of the show.
