You know what i was actually happy that we did not have all the crowded affair and lots of glitz ..instead we got a very simple family affair just what asad ver 1 had mentioned post Ajmer .

I loved the simple outdoors haldi ..seriously no music and no extras thrown in ..it was so well done !

And know what i even feel that the nikaah place is very grand ( overlooking the Taj as we all have seen ) but the ceremony will be very simple and only in the presence of few people which makes it even more beautiful ! just my thoughts .i actually look forward to the fact that it is outdoors ...what a relief to the eyes ! ..please do not mind !

I am loving every Gaffur-Zoya scene...the acting by Tej Sir and Surbhi is just spot on 👏 I know Gaffur is far from innocent but the CVs are really bringing out the Abbu emotions and I actually feel slightly sorry for him. I want a happy adult Zoya and Abbu scene where we see them hug. Really looking forward to how the Abbu Reveal track will play out.

As for yesterdays episode, it was just OK for me.. i found it too disconnected from what is actually the current focus, ie the grand nikah of Asad and Zoya.. i am missing somethings.
I too found the episode OK. the wedding atmosphere of Haldi was missing. Only today to go, So i don;t think they are doing any more functions, straight to agra now.

1.Rashid: regardless of the situation, he is Asad's father and he had earlier also wanted to be at Asad's wedding so badly. that time Asad hated him and did not want to even see his face. but now Asad at least accepts him so he should be one person who should be there at all the functions and i am missing him sitting in his wheel chair smiling..😆
you mean with his constipated expressions. Yes, he should've been there, but so should've appi and jiju and Nikhat and a lot many characters.

2.. Appi and jeeju - as many have mentioned time and again.

3. Haldi function was good but yesterday's mehendi function was too simple and nothing was really shown about mehendi... instead epi was about Tanveer and Haidar- Humaira.
Even i was surprised, menendi was in Zoya's room I guess. Maybe they are keeping it a simple affair. Or maybe guests didn't turn up after being fooled for last 2 times.
Zoya's mehendi function was spoilt by Tanveer last time , and it would have been good if they had made this time function grand with dancing and a lot of fun and some Asad and Haidar moments also thrown in during the function... Instead it was just a glimpse of Zoya and Najma singing on their own and then Nuzhat coming and saying how she made a fool of TAnveer.
They've already spent too much on nikaah publicity and tag shooting. So, they have decided to cut corners. For example - Asad's wedding outfit.

Even in the promo, the mehendi function looked so grand with Najma teasing Zoya and even Zoya's get up was more nice in promo and this was a total disappointment for me... Just shooting the nikah at Taj mahal doesn't make the whole wedding grand and mehendi i feel is a ceremony we all look forwards to in a nikah and which is associated with so much fun.
Agreed, but even the Taj Nikaah is going to be a simple affair. I ddin't see any crowd in SBS yesterday.

I feel, the Haidar - Humaira angle should have been given a back seat, at least for this week, till nikah is over, just like they have put a stop on Nikhat - Farhan... and more focus should have been on nikah and its related functions.. we have waited so long for this nikah and they have raised our expectations with all those promotions of a grand week long nikah celebrations and yesterdays epi was really a disappointment for me.😊

Haider-Humeira eloping and Asya nikaah must've some connection, otherwise the overdose of Huha at this time doesn't make sense. Still hoping that they arrive at the wedding.

Ps.. i hope that at least in tonight's epi they show a little more of mehendi ceremony.
