adoption!!!! how is it possible

I don't live in India, so I have no idea about indian law................... But how can gthey show that bani have given legall custody to her sister by signing adoption papers........... ( never mind that she was forced to do so ).......

I mean, if a mother for some reasons can't look after her children, because she is ill or dead or something........... Don't the children automatically belong to their father.......... i mean even if a mother wants to adopt her children away, can she do it without the signature of the father.

This EKta's rules to adoption. WHy doesn't Jai slap Pia and take his kids away since he thinks Bani died then he has nothing to worry about. Now I know that Bani's kids will grow up hating Bani and think that Pia is their mother. She will fill their minds with dirty thoughts about Bani and everyone else in the house. THis story is going to be a very long story and it is a long time coming since we might see Bani/Jai together again

Also Pia has told that she has backdated the papers... that is she has put the date on them when Bani was considered to be not mad...

But Bani delivered the babies after she was declared mad by the court. So that means the date on the papers must be the date before the babies were even born... So a mother can give her unborn babies for adoption and that too without the father's consent... or is this another of the wonders of the Kekta's land....

but since she's marrying Jai to be the twins legal guardian and mother she has to adopt them. But this only happens after they're married and not before. Because technically she's not his wife yet i don't know she adopted them..
