The episode starts with Everyone crying because of Kamar Dard. Jethalal is tensed as he is feeling a lot of pain at his back. Daya ask her to take bath, he says that why she is so fast for me to bath. Daya says that as he has to leave for Shop. Jetha says that he will not go. Bapuji came and shout at him. Jetha says that he will go late. Suddenly Jetha thinks that he can go to shop and he can sleep in Godown. Suddenly he Receives Natu Kaka's call. Natu kaka Remind Jetha of his meeting. Jetha ask Natu Kaka to Cancel it.
On the other hand Mehta Sahib is also tensed due to this pain. Anjali Kadha for him. Bhire is also in same condition he cant stand up to open door. But he does. Hathi bhai has also very bad condition he calls some One dose Maalish but still he Feels Tired . Popatlal is also very tired. Iyyer Bhai is also in very bad condition and ask Babita to give him Cofee.
Jetha after taking bath comes to Drink Tea. He says to daya that due to exercise our back is paining very very much. Does she is not feling pain. Daya says that We are Ahambadabi and we never have pains. Jetha says its Men not have pains. And then Daya cut Chunti to him. And its a funny sean for both of him.
Again Natu kaka Calls Jetha and says that he cant able to contact to cancel meeting. Jetha is to try him Again.
