There's no logic in KS sooo many bloopers. I think this was added in order to keep Pia's character because otherwise what reason or terms would she be there. Jai would have killed her after hearing Bani news of being dead. I think this is the creatives way of holding onto the character. But then we the audience will later find out the Bani didn't sign adoption papers and Pia was lying all along and also lying about her pregnacy too. So ya, i think this was added in order to keep Roshni's character.

How can a paper signed by mad person be legal. how can Bnai take decision about the kids alone . What about Jai's rights over the kids. Common any lawyer can get him the kids back.This is such a blooper.
