After ages JW brains are back in place,he actually takes the help of NGO who work for womens rights and makes them to stop marraige saying JB marriage is still legal.

JW finally gets an opportunity to throw pia out,but pia is far ahead!!

Pia actually makes bani sign papers which gives pia all legal rights of kid.

JW challenges her but pia tells him that bani signed papers are backdated when she was proper and stable,so asks him to stay quite else she will go away with kids and he can imagine their future with her.

She forces him to sign papers ,which giv her right to live in WM,thus clearing how will pia still lurk around WM

Yup they did show it!!! its when pia goes to meet her in assaylum to giv her wedding card

u cant adopt someones kids WITHOUT concent from both parties ie.. bani AND jai.. adoption is fake
