I bet you would...the looks are an important part of actors and Models...then why are you expecting them not to be criticized for their looks...If I am paying a cook to have tasty food and I don't get any...should I tolerate him and keep wasting my money??...on the other hand if he is cooking a delicious meal ...I shouldn't be criticizing him if he is fat , bald and ugly...because his body type is not my concern...but if someone is getting crores for how they look ...then damn they deserve to be criticized for their looks...

Ahhh, exactly what I was trying to point out. I really don't understand all the sympathy and pity when these actors are showered with so much affection and love for their appearance and their work. Then why can't they be criticize for it for not living up to the game. Instead all I see is members being mocked at or questioned time and again for their opinions.

I definitely think my opinion is getting misconstrued by some of the members. As one other member correctly pointed out, there's a difference between criticism and insulting. No one deserved to get insulted. Whether it's katrina, kareena, anushka, deepika, vidya, whoever. If you point out, like hey her body isn't the best. It's not exactly perfect... then fair game; that's one thing. (though idk how great the bodies of the users on this forum must be that everyone is the curves brigade or thin brigade police these days.) But it's definitely a whole another thing to call someone a transsexual, manly, thunder thighs, fata*s, etc. It's not cool, imho. But this is the internet, and I'm not gunna pretend to be a saint or angel who is going to lecture everyone on internet etiquette and spread love and rainbows or w.e 😆. I just wanted to see others' opinions and give my own. Everyone had good points. 👏

If she can act and is talented, she needs to develop a more 'perfect' figure.

And then when humans have all the 'tools' at their disposal ( read advanced science like even say genetic engineering), we will want the 'natural' human.

We all have the 'imperfect' gene that keeps on wanting us to look for 'perfection' everywhere. Until we fix that, and learn to accept one another, we will never be perfect. That is the perfection we need to seek.
