hmmm i was thinking the same thing, but lets make it this way

may be dev met bani in dubai and he started liking her may be that's the reason he built mandir....

or may be jai have invited him but i dont beleive this since they both are business opposition

may be he saw bani's pic on the paper andhad some bad experience with jai and just by looking at bani's pic he might have fall for it and that's why he is hear.

that's is all i can guess. plz pm me if you think which one should be best fitted in ekta's bheja
