So according to him any system which is bossed or monitored less and which is given maximum freedom is the best system!

Consider any system or any entity! Say for a class room! The students enjoy the lecture ,understand the beauty of the subject only when they are given proper degree of freedom in the class.Degrees of freedom in the sense timing of posing the doubts,the way of interaction between Lecturer and Student!! If these rles are very liberal there is high chance of students proper and useful kowledge on the subject of study!

At the same time if the students are not given proper role in the classroom then their performance and the environment of the class room is affected!

So a less bossed /monitored class room may yield good results(provided the students are not morons😛 )!!

Similarly we have the forums in India Forums! The forums which are less bossed /monitored are the best forums(ofcourse all the forums of IF are best).Say for instance Debate Mansion is lovable mansion because here we are not bossed by the GM's ,M's and V's much!

Similarly with the governments of Nations! If they are more people friendly they are the best and they last for long time!

But...................................

Bossing job is necessary to maintain a system perfect!

Say a class room needs a strict lecturer if some of the students create nuiscance and this nuiscance may create nonsense to good students! So what's wrong in being strict?

Similarly in IF forums ,sometimes some naadan bacche(members😛) create some disturbance and then Gm's ,M's and V's monitor the forums strictly!!

Similarly,the Governmnet needs to be strict and needs to keep strict vigilance on the security,economy of that country!Then what's wrong if the Government governs more!!

So do you agree with the quote "That government is best which governs least"

Bigg Boss forum actually didn't have any moderators till the show ended. Only a GM, Sangeeta was there. Though there were some heated arguments still I would say it was one of the best unmoderated forums on IF.

At home: NO. I am my own boss.😛

At office: YES. If I have a boss then I am answerable to some decisions I take.

Virtual life: I believe if we are on a forum then it needs to be moderated, unbiased moderation. IF there are no code of conduct and members are allowed to post everything then it would be difficult to manage it. There are forums like that too. But personally I won't feel comfortable in such forums. I like IF because it has a proper channel and a COC.

I dunt know. It depend from situation to situation. For example at home, the child which is treated with the most respect and freedom is often more close to his parents then a child whose parents are very strict with him. I feel really comfortable wid my parents bec they arnt dat strict. However at tymes u do need strictnace. For example if a child is very misbehaved one, u do need someone strong to control him. Being lenient wont work. Or for example, ur boss in ur office, does not pay much attention to u.. Ofcourse ur going to take ur work easy and end up ignoring it. So it depends from situation to situation. So the boss should be strict but to a certian extent. 😳 The bosses/parents/governemnnt teachers should have an awesome sense of homour n shud govern to the extent require and should mentain friendship wid the subjects as far as required. 😳
