Off-topic, but why does everyone call Kareena Kapoor bratty? Never understood why people hate her 😕

I understand that she was immature when she entered, which was quite natural because anyone with a royal bloodline will have a chip on their shoulder....however, she has matured a lot today....

Most importantly, she is a versatile performer....name one another commercial actress who had the guts to perform 6 different roles in a year BEFORE being commercially successful.....but Kareena, in 2004, excelled as a streetwalker in Chameli, a vamp in Fida, a deglam powerful woman in Dev, a mature lawyer in Aitraaz, a bubbly funny gal in Hulchul, and a modern woman in Yuva....note that she hasn't had a solo hit yet!

Anyways.....sorry for digressing....I just cannot understand the hoopla against Bebo...lolzzz 😆

Hmmm....my choices

Simran: Madhuri Dixit - beautiful, talented, versatile

Abhi: Aamir kHan....looks younger than MD, but make a terrific pair...also, the best actor.....or Anil Kapoor who looks great with MD

Aastha: Preity Zinta....she acts the childish heroine quite well (Or Kareena....versatile)

Sia: Kajol - good with emotions

Sid: Shah Rukh KHan - hate him, but he makes a terrific pair with Kajol...Ajay wil look good too

Shaguna: Jeez, can't think of any...lolzz

Sim's dad: hehe..no one Alok is perfect

Urmila: Tabu

Kiran: one of these hot babes...Priyanka who is terrific at screeching...heh...or Lara or Mallika

I tell ya - the way astitva is going these days I would rather watch the program some of the people here can put together 😛

OK, the following is my attempt - which i am sure is gonne be quite miserable in comparison to what some of the people here have put together...but something write i must...

Unlike most of the posters, I would actually not make that many changes to the cast...What I would do is this 😉

Simran - I would leave Niki here as she is. She has been doing more than a fantastic job as Simran, can't think of anyone else that can do better...👏

Abhimanyu Saxena - Again, I think Varun has been doing a great job. Abhi suits him really well. However, if I had to replace, then that replacement would be (I can just here the guffaws at this, hehehe)...ok , abhi would be replaced by none other than myself 😉.....I mean, how else could I get a chance to be so candid with dr.simran 😛 .... And I do like her almost as much so.....

Neha - Leave as was 😃

Astha - Leave as Yuvika... I think yuvika is developing very well as an actress, and personally think she is making a mistake getting into films at this stage. She should have stuck it out here, and tried different styles of acting to develop her personality as well as art. Must admit, at the moment I am inclined to think she got a film because of casting couch but I hope I am wrong. Also, am inclined to think she could see her career fall away after this film so hope she is smart enough to leave an opening in astitva for herself should the film not work out.....One of Rani Mukherjee's earlier films was being shown recently from about 10 yrs ago and she basically stunk - yet look at her in BLACK ...tres fabulous - i think a potential OSCAR contender....so it takes time to mature as an actress...Even nikil, i think, should experiment with different style within astitva...at the moment she plays dr.simran v.v.well, but i haven't seen her do much comedy. Her acting with abhi on 2nd honemoon was also good so does romantic scenes well, but is she really a versatile actress? I don't know, so she should experiment within astitva more...and this is what yuvika should have done...anyway hope she lands on her feet....

Sia - Again, I think Upasana is doing well..her dedication is showing through and I hope she is thick-skinned enough to ignore the negative comments we've had abt her here anyway. As a celebrity in the making, she should be able to. But generally upasana is doing well and should not be replaced. However, if she is, then the only person to replace her would be .......niki aneja walia!!!! hahahaha😆.....yep, I think dr.simran's daughter can look like her.

So, then should niki remain as dr.simran also? Nope! Simran should now (after the 18 year leap) be replaced with none other than THE MADHURI DIXIT NENE!!!! hahaha😛....Yes, and abhi's (mine) 2nd marriage can be with madhuri...i mean dr.simran as madhuri....hahaha (oh come on guys - how else can i have smoochy scenes with these ladies)😆😳...

Sid - hmmm, I'd actually still leave this with abbas

Shaguna - No way - no-one can replace her.....! no-one!!!!

Saurabh - He's also doing a good job. But if he was to be replaced, then just one person comes to mind. The thing about saurabh is he is actually a smart person, and he also does not agree with many things that simran does....now, i hope sree and akshata don't delete this and/or censor it like they do to me so often (and i can't even give a lecture about free speech cos they do make sense😕)..but there really is a person here who comes across as quite smart and he doesn't agree with a lot of the stuff simran does...so therefore, I would nominate saurabh to be replace by none other than our very own ...the one and only (now I hope😉)....the old bean- wawahehe! 👏....yes peeps - I think I should be abhi and maybe wawahehe cacn be my father-in-law....(who probably also doesn't like me much anyway (and vice-versa) - but that's another story)....😆 ...old bean, hope u don't mind - nothing personal - just a bit of goodl hearted fun....

Kiran - definately leave her so that abhi can marry her again 😉...her being so pretty of course helps ...and i wouldn't want the first kiran niether...has to be kamya....😛.....

Urmila - Leave the "apun ka roobaab" girl...

Manas - DEfinately leave as he is.....although I suppose this also could be done by me 😉

Radhaji - Leave her as was...

Ok - that's my take on it. Please guys - no-one take offense cos none was meant...

So you are a Kareena fan!I like her too.I don't think her name was suggested because people don't like her.Atleast I suggested her name bec i thought she is capable of playing the role of a brat and a docile girl.There's something impish/innocent about her.But she could come across as a defiant person very well too.(PREM KI DEEWANI)
I agree that she is very suited to Hindi Film industry...very talented indeed!
