Watching Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh rehearse for Zee Cine Awards gig is like watching a Bollywood epic romance. They both claim to be close friends, but their body language seems to say a different story.

Singh, her co-star from Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela, seems to act like more than just a friend. There was a sequence when fireworks were set off, as the two dancers gazed into each other's eyes. Taken aback, Padukone jumped in fright. Guess who was there to protect her and hold her hand? Singh, that's who.

While we loved watching them put their best foot forward, it was also good to know that success hasn't made this couple arrogant. At the end of the last rehearsal, she thanked all the dancers in her group and said: "Thank you for working the whole night. We love you." She blew them a kiss too.

*insert a gif of excitement here* this just made my morning!!!! 🥳 the only reason I even bother to watch these award shows is to see glimpses of Ranveer and Deepika so this is wonderful news.
