Well for one, I really think that she wants to be his trophy wife. He is rich, she is rich. He is a rich young handsome business man, and so follows her dad a huge businessmn...she just wants a man to be her husband equal to her status so who better than Anshumann?

She thinks they are the perfect match, in terms of looks and status. Her relationship with anshumann will also benefit her dad along with benefitting her. She in other words wants to be anshuman's perfect trophy wife!

So, why is she wasting her time with Anshuman? It feels she just wants to win Anshuman's heart (just like winning a trophy) and she may just loose all the interest in him as soon as they get married. 🤔 I honestly don't understand her motive.

This in interesting topic and I can answer it in many ways with so many possibilities of the track.

Firstly, its not clear whether she loves him or not. If yes, than all is clear.

But if not, there can be possiblilities that Rana want to have lot of profit in his buisness with this marriage and Tanya getting a more high society rich and respect which Anshuman carries.

Agree, its not a trophy, but sometimes humans do these kind of things in jealousy , samw way Tanya is doing things for taking Anshuman from her.

It can also happen that Tanya loose all the interest in him as soon as they get married, so yeah many possibilities are there.

Its just not these things mango, I am sorry I don't know your name 😳 what bothers me is, had Rana been supportive of Tanya because they genuinely love each other, despite the fact that he is a single father would have made sense to me. People are starting to accept things now which were a taboo in the good old days, but that is not the case here.

he hears tanya say Anshuman can be won over not with love but pity and still fails to comprehend what it entails? A marriage/relationship based on pity will never last long and even if it does wont be a happy one, unless genuine love is involved to it over the course of time which is an impossible scenario here.

If someone picks you out of pity, they may be nice to you but they won't be real with you, not always. At the back of their mind will the truth always linger, that you were not a choice they made out of want but a compulsion forced they had no option but to accept. A real relationship requires openness, honesty and respect aside from love and friendship. Tanya may have the friendship, but there is no openness, honesty or respect from either sides here, love need not even be mentioned.

Does Rana not see that his daughter may win the battle if she gets Anshuman by hook or crook but will lose the war? In the long run if a marriage cannot be a happy one, does it matter if its made between individuals of the same stature?

Her arrogance and stubbornness have blinded her to the truth but what's stopping her father? I get it Rana is a rich man who has spoiled his daughter silly but does he not want whats best for her in the end? Can he not see pressurising Anshuman into a marriage will do more harm than good when he obviously will never love his daughter the way a husband should love his wife and what about Ayaan? Can he be so blind as to not realize that a day will come when over anything and everything Anshuman will pick Ayaan since he is his own flesh and blood and Tanya' attempts to create a rift between father and son will end up ruining things for her completely?And Tanya' reverse psychology bid to always keep Anshuman in line will ensure she has an obedient husband in him but not a loving one.

What kind of a father is Mr. Rana if he cannot accept the truth glaring him in the eye, that Anshuman and Tanya never loved each other nor will they ever and that however much reluctantly Anshuman may have brought Paakhi into his life, she is now his wife and he is in love with her, though he may not admit it out loud? How will a man who loves another woman, whose child accepts that woman as his mother ever make his daughter happy?

If Rana is looking out to make his daughter happy by ensuring she gets what she wants, cant he for once realize as a parent that sometimes your kid, no matter how grown up doesn't know what's best for him/her and not succummbing to their wish and giving into their tantrum is the best a parent can actually do, rather than fulfilling a demand that will only do harm and not be good in any way.

Sometimes being a good parent also involves saying NO to your child and not always a yes to their any and every demand.

But he has tried to do so many times asking his daughter to forget Anshuman and move forward He is really angry with anshuman and accuses him of cheating both the women. He even offered to spill the beans to Pakhi . But it is Tanya who stops him . I dont think children listen to their parents in these matters all the time and when they are matured enough as Tanya she is writer you know and not a teenage girl. I see Rana is right in his place . time and again he has told that his daughters happiness is important to him. whether that happiness is going to come or not that is another matter.He is not keen to get Anshuman as his sil
