Its not about Kalpi's sadness or Pakhi's superior position in the company that concerns me, it's Raghav's mental state and behavior. The man has had a confused look and a confusing behavior since he grew up. And...sorry but I fail to buy or understand his phobia about losing people that he gets close to. Is so, why is he so close to his friend/assitant (Sameer?)

1st that stupid man said her this is ur cabin
Then raghav's so harsh & confusing behaviour..& he is the main reason of her sadness...on the 1st day of a job he started his taunting bazi...his behaviour literally made her cry.. & then the shock of working under none another than but pakhi...👎🏼
So obivisly any1 can be dishearten by the way treating 😭..
So job isn't the reason of sadness but that Mr.Akdoo was the reason
