Evil Sasuma's (Durga's) Background Music?

Hi guys! I've been wondering this for a long time, so I thought I'd just ask...

You all must have heard that voice that plays in the background after Durga's evil plans or actions. It seems like a man's voice saying something. What exactly is he saying? I can never make out the words.

not really an active member, but figured since i know the answer...

the background voice is saying: fafe-kut-nee... (i dont think i am spelling it right, but thats how u pronounce it).... its punjabi it means like chalak--someone who likes to stir trouble...
