I happened to watch the repeat telecast today at 10.20 pm on Zee TV HD as I had gone out but watching the repeat turned out to be good in a way as I saw this beautiful episode today with my entire family!
The episode had a few highs and I will elaborate on each of them. First high was Jalal entering Jodha's hojra, and the imaginary conversation he was having with her regarding her devotion to Kanha. Jodha kept telling him to take off his shoes and enter the room as she was doing pooja. But he entered anyway and asked her what did she keep asking from Kanha everytime? To that Jodha replied that I just don't ask him for things every time, I thank him for giving me everything and I also pray for the well-being of my family and well wishers. Jalal then broke out of his dream and went in front of Kanha and did aarti with the diya. He joined his hands and begged to Kanha to save Jodha as Hamida watched. A beautifully executed scene, with a lot of emotion
Next high was that of Shaguni bai's prediction that things will change from this night onwards. It was an indication of the beginning of an epic love story in the history of Hindustan! Also, seeing Shaguni bai after a long time was great in itself!
Next high how do I even begin?. The confession. The moment which we all were waiting for since the past 7-8 months! As Jodha was walking away, in the darkness, Jalal catches hold of her hand. Jodha tells him to leave her. Jalal says that you have done whatever you have wanted everytime but this time I won't listen to you at all. To that Jodha says that now what is the problem, you wanted me to go away right, never see me again ever not even on my death bed and not want to hear a single word I say, then why are you stopping me? But I am happy that I fulfilled my duty and saved my husband's life. Jalal who is on the verge of breaking down says that whatever I may say, but whenever I close my eyes, I always see you. How much ever I may say I hate you but the truth is that I LOVE YOU!! You have made me realise that I do have a heart! And now, if you go then you will break my heart! Jodha says that its no use now I have to go now. This is fate. Jalal says that he believes in luck. Jodha says nothing can stop me. Jalal says that one person can and he is the person you worship. If you want to go, then I will also go with you! I want to live my entire life with you! Because if you go away then there is no use of my existence! OMG! So emotional and romantic! I am glad I saw that with my entire family!
Tomorrow happens to be 6th February. Its is the 452nd Wedding Anniversary of our beloved couple Jodha/Maryam Uz Zamani/ Harkha Bai and Akbar. I would love to thank the CVs and Ekta Kapoor for giving us such a beautiful episode on the eve of their anniversary, and respecting the great love between these two individuals whose love will be etched on our mind forever.😊😃
