Rudra.. By bringing paro in his house ... Has complicated the situation now as she has been identified by members of his hostile house..
If Rudra marries her how can he justify to the court that she is telling the truth about tejawat...tejawat can easily say she does not belong to my village she is Rudra's woman and she is making this up..

Same situation applies because right now she is living with him..in rural areas of india the khap rules are so feudal that the very fact that paro is living with rudra in his home.. Who is a powerful man in his right...she is taken as his woman..with or without marriage...
It's a fact not everybody in the village marries.. A lot of women have to live with men without the sanctity of marriage with or without their will.

very true msin
her veracity is sacrificed because she has lived under the same roof. even without khaps, a good court will never accept her testimony as it can be under duress.

but paro is a witness eh, she is witnessing a lot in that room. a lot more than she bargained for and she will witness a lot more, i can't wait for her to witness everything. meri dua hai and ofc, me being the fly on the wall will witness it all

True. What you say makes a lot of sense. I was surprised to see him take her to his haveli instead of a safe house and his seniors wash their hands off so quickly. Not sure if his is a witness protection programs or what this is...but...she has not been treated respectfully or with any degree of dignity, sensitively or in a professional manner. Rudy boys gone about this in a wrong way...his treatment of pow has been very questionable. So it naturally raises questions about the BSD too. Just imagine, if the press gets whiff of this, it wud be one big nightmare for them. But then again...we r not supposed to think too much here. Just go with the flow... and enjoy the Jallad w/ his Pari as they navigate the tricky waters...and ride through the impending storm that is Laila.

That is a good point. The validity of her words will decrease now that she will be his "wife" giving Thakur Tejawat another way out. Ranawat has caused more trouble than he intended to 😆
But then again, seeing how there is nothing like logic onscreen, this stuff may simply be overlooked.

The sad part is it does happen .. There are enough articles in newspapers where men kidnap girls ... Mostly guys from police... And keep them as their women ...
Unfortunately I know of a case where a minister did exactly like this to a bride on her wedding night ..she is still his mistress after 20 years...though he did not kill her husband..

I really "hate"...my sanz dolly being treated like that even if it's just onscreen...I mean who wants to see her cry, tortured & called "shameless"for staying with him under the same roof...
In The show which can't be named her character had to bear the brunt of everyone including her own family members for the sins/mistakes she didn't even commit...
Same story line is here...
Now once she has lived with a man under same roof...with or without marriage...with or without feelings or other aspects of relationship...society will treat her as if she is the culprit...
Arghhh...that's the way story is going...🤢

Exactly...that is what Mohini chachi said too in the video...the panchayat ( I think village court ) will decide...this all might be towards getting them married. I don't understand how he is taking her to the army camp when everyone knows that she is dead and the general has already made it clear that he has to take care of Paro all by himself.
I seriously don't want to see her been insulted and mocked as a mistress...but, I doubt that will happen because the trp are her at stake...it's going to be too much negativity.

IF PARO IS GOING TO BE TREATED LIKE A HELPLESS WOMAN AND RUDRA IS THE ONE SAVING HER THEN IT WILL DEFINITELY BE A FALL ON TRP IT IS LIKE TOO MUCH NEGATIVITY🤢
