I always have like 5 favourites of every genre lol..it's hard to pick

I liked "Aiyyaa" 😳
It was a unique story, its humor was OTT but I enjoyed it and Rani did a fabulous job! 😆

So what's your favourite?

Lighter comedies - Munna Bhai MBBS, 3 Idiots, Welcome, No Entry, Baadshah.

Comedy is one of my fav genre so gonna list top favs

Andaz Apna Apna
Hera Pheri
Haseena Maan Jaayegi
Judwaa
Bhool Bhulaiyaa
Hero No.1/Coolie No.1
Hungama
No Entry/Partner
Saajan Chale Sasural
Dhamaal/Masti
Garam Masala
Ek Aur Ek Gyarah/Hulchul

There are classics like Chashme Badhoor, Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron, Gol Maal and Chupke Chupke which were great comedies but rather belongs to different so can't compare them with recent comedies

OMG Oh My God, Jolly LLB, Munnabhai series and 3 Idiots were mixture of Drama and comedy with social messages. Tere Bin Laaden and Golmaal 3 were decent comedies of recent times.

Mujhse Shaadi Karogi was a rom-com hence I ignored putting it on here

In fact I like many old comedy movies... they were light comedies and they were not crude or vulgar. Nowadays most comedies have only gay jokes...

Wow finally someone on BS that liked Aiyyaa too. 😆 I thought I was the only one. That movie was strangely adorable and hilarious. Very quirky. I liked it.

Anyway, my favorite funny BW movie will always be the old Golmaal and Andaz Apna Apna though. I never get tired of watching these two.
