Madan was admitted in hospital.Karthik vishnu takes care of medical expenses.When madan's dad offered to pay the money KV refuse to accept that and talk back strongly for treating madan so badly..Madan gets consciousness..apologizes to swetha and KV. Madan's dad repents his behavour with Madan and says sorry to Madan..He calls him to come back home.Madan refuses at first but later agrees to go when swetha insisted.Swetha tells Manju that she had talked to her dad regarding investing in Nettech ..it seems he had accepted on two conditions that Swetha has to accept higher position in the company and must marry a boy of his choice..

Karthik misses Raji at office..calls her..She lies that her father has come from the village and asked her to stay with him for few days at home...Later Karthik feels that raji is not in Chennai and asks Vishnu about her..He maintains the lie raji said...But karthik calls raji and talks to her tactfully and potu vaangifies the truth...Raji apologises ...but karthik in disappointment and anger cuts the call saying that everything is over between them..Raji returns to office and sees that Angel is working with karthik in his place resting her hand on his shoulders..raji gets furious but talks to him calmly..asks him if she can help her in any way...Karthik refuses to accept her help says that Angel is helping him as of now and no need of her help.Raji becomes ferocious and leaves from there.Karthik goes behind her and pacifies her...

Meanwhile chairman decides to sell the company retaining only the core employees of the company and firing the rest...Knowing this, Viswanathan sir resigns his job to show his protest...Susan and team meet Viswanathan sir and finds out that if the 75 main employees whom the company wants to retain resign,the chairman can't sell the company..Karthik and Vishnu meet those employees and explain them about mass resignation to threaten and get their resignation letters and submit them to HR David.Rajesh,the financial advicer meets viswanathan sir and tells him what chairman has told...that is Viswanathan sir should take charge as CEO and there will be no financial support from him,and he will get power to operate bank dealings..and hardware section will be closed...But Viswanathan sir says that he ll absorb them into software section..Rajesh challenges him that he can't even run the company for three months..For that Viswanathan replies that chairman will understand that his decision was not wrong and also says that chairman has to share part of the profit with the employees at the end of the year..

Viswanathan sir meets all the employees and tells them about the difficult situation of the company..and chairman's decision about letting the company to run by themselves and about getting no financial support so the employees wont get any type of allowances...but assures them that at the end of six months they will get their salary with interest and also a part of the profit will be given as company shares...everyone agrees to support him in the struggle..

Viswanathan sir's advice about the value of life...is the best one...
