I just remember the chorus and from the hindi I know it means:

Speak from the heart

Don't say such lies from the heart

I think the chorus translates as "Don't lie TO your heart" not from your heart...I mean the former makes much more sense, isn't it?

Because you can't lie from your heart cos then it's true. You must be lying to your heart, like not accepting something and being in denial is like lying to your heart.

The words are very vague, left to the listener to interpret the way he likes
