I voted for Kalpi..
Its visible in Raghav's eyes tht he cares abt her eventhough he is rude to her.. He has a reason for being rude.. My guess is tht he gave her a job in his office becoz he couldn't c her as a waitress ( hwever beautiful she may look in tht dress ) . He placed her below Pakhi so tht they both mite becum friends... During childhood, eventhough Pakhi was a tantrum queen, she and Kalpi were friends... She comforted Kalpi whn the chori blame was put on her.. So my guess is tht... Raghav is interested in Kalpi only, becoz he loves her and can't c her in pain 😳

I am not sure of his interest but definitely Kalpi holds a very SPECIAL place in his heart from the very beginning. He has a lot of concern and care for Kalpi which he shows in a screwed way. Remember Kalpi crying scene, his expression are of raw pain. Raghav wont do landholding but will make her strong to fight her own battles. And not to forgot his fear of losing the dear ones, which applies to Kalpi

As i think from the childhood Raghav found her different frm others..he bhaves with kalpi somewhat hatke😉..but still he cares 4 her..he wants her to get everything on her own self..tht's why he don't try to help her..he wants to make her self confident😳...from the childhood he ws alwayz there to help her😳..so i guess he is interested in Kalpi only..😃

n 4 pakhi i think he's just doing as he thinks she is a nice girl(which she actually is)😛..n he wants to knw wht's there btween Pakhi n kamla tht make thier bond so strong where kalpi is sometimes forgotten by kamla..n he gave d job to pakhi as he said that only the one will get job who makes gud result n that's pakhi..😊
