she's well educated and was a tutor to kids in Bhopal - she should definitely do something... usman isn't backward to tell aliya to stay at home - I hope he does let her make use of her education. its zain tht needs 2 start joining the business - what would be interesting is ZaYa both join and usman (in an attempt 2 bring them closer) gives them some project to handle together.
btw I felt bad for aliya sitting outside. she;s not a bechari as u said, but I feel she's not quite realised the truth behind the ET (Nafisa, shazia and suraiya) I think when she realises that they aren't as sweet and good as they make it out 2 be she'll be able to fight back their plans, till then I feel we just going to see her being insulted by them
