Mahatre House

Shashank, Ankita and Naren are at the Mahatre House. Shashank is calling for Mansi as he thinks she might be in the washroom. Naren says to Ankita, see how much he is concerned for her. Naren is pressing Ankita's feet. Shashank comes back to the main room and says to Ankita, Mansi is not inside the washroom either. Ankita yells for Prashant. Prashant and Pranav come in the house, Prashant says yes tai. Ankita says Prashant where is Mansi? Prashant says I don't know she must be here somewhere. Shashank goes outside the house to check, Ankita tells Prashant to go out and check as well for Mansi. Naren says to Ankita, where did Mansi go? Ankita says I don't know. Ankita gets up and leaves, Naren follows.

Outside on the terrace

It is raining at night. Raunaq and Mansi are outside. Raunaq says to Mansi, you spoiled my suhaag raat, now I have spoiled your life. Raunaq smirks and says you will not be able to show your face to anyone or even open your mouth in front of anyone. You low class people have this problem, you don't want to lose your self respect but you have lost it. Raunaq leaves the terrace.(Mansi is not shown in this scene)

At the wedding mandap

Pranav is walking at the wedding mandap, he falls and trips. Ankita is there, Raunaq looks from behind and looks terrified. Ankita sees Pranav on the ground and says Pranav what are you doing down there, you will get hurt, get up. Did you see Mansi anywhere? Pranav shakes his head and gets up. Ankita looks confused, Pranav leaves the mandap. Raunaq is walking around behind the pillars of the walls, trying to hide. Mansi is in another area by herself, she is walking slowly but sits down and starts crying. Mansi stands up and she is thinking to herself, stay quiet Mansi, stay quiet. You can't cry, if you cry then everyone will know what happened to you. No, I can't tell this anyone, I have to keep this hidden from everyone and no one should get to know, no one. Stay quiet Mansi!

Outside the Mahatre House

Mansi is about to walk in the house when Ankita comes over. Ankita says Mansi where were you? I have been looking for you, sit down here. Ankita and Mansi sit on the steps right outside their home and Ankita asks Mansi where she went. Ankita asks Mansi why she is crying and why she got so wet. Today is your wedding and you shouldn't have to do all this work. Mansi starts crying again on Ankita. Ankita consoles her and says Mansi, what happened, why are you crying? I know why you are crying, you think that you will leave from here tomorrow and miss us all. You will not be away from us, we will be in the same city, and we can meet whenever we want. Mansi stop crying, why are you crying so much? You are sweating so much, why did you have to work a ton? Look at me, Mansi, I just want you to be happy always and for you to get so much happiness that you never feel deprived of anything. You got the husband you wanted, you love Shashank right? He is with you, I just want to see you happy, and nothing else. Now stop crying, understand? Prashant comes over to them and says Mansi, why are you crying?

Outside the Mahatre House

Ankita says it's nothing, she is crying because she will leave us all tomorrow, that's why. Crazy girl. Prashant strokes Mansi and says you are crazy Manu, we are will with you. Shashank comes there and says Mansi what happened? Ankita says nothing, she is just going to go with you tomorrow, how will she see her tai and her younger siblings? She feels bad. Naren comes and says oh you found Mansi! Naren notices her looking sad and says what happened to her? Ankita says no sir she is not crying, she's just tired. Prashant, take her inside. Go Mansi! Prashant helps Mansi up and they both go inside. Shashank says to Ankita you guys should go home as it has gotten late. Naren says ok, let's go Ahana, the rain has ended. Ankita says Shashank we will leave. Shashank says ok, bye. Ankita and Naren leave.

At a hotel room

Raunaq is in his hotel room. He knocks on one of the doors which is locked and he is laughing to himself. Raunaq says out loud, silly girl, what did you think? I would not celebrate my suhaag raat. No, never. Raunaq drinks some alcohol and he says my name is Raunaq Karmarkar, I get what I want. I taught you and Mansi a lesson, now that calls for a celebration. I had my suhaag raat with who I wanted to, Mansi. Raunaq is drunk and he is mumbling some words. He falls asleep on the sofa.

Mahatre House in the bedroom

Mansi is lying down on her bed sleeping. She is dreaming about Raunaq abusing her on the terrace again and she yells, let me go! Mansi immediately wakes up and sits up. She remembers Raunaq saying, you will ruin my suhaag raat?! Now I will do the suhaag raat with you, you will remember this punishment for the rest of your life! This is your punishment for messing with me. Mansi is crying and she thinks to herself, what has happened to me? He has ruined me and my life.

Karmarkar House in the bedroom

Naren and Ankita are on the bed. Naren is lying down and Ankita is sitting up on the bed. Naren says Ahana, what happened? Are you not tired, are the mosquitoes biting you? One minute. Naren gets out his bug spray and sprays it around the room. Ankita says sir. After Naren is spraying, he puts the bug spray away and asks, is it ok now? Ankita says sir I am very worried, I don't know why I think that something is going to happen, or if a storm is going to come which will ruin everything. Naren says you are right, a storm is coming so I will close all the windows in the house and close all the curtains. Ankita says sir I am not talking about that kind of storm, it just feels like someone of my own is in a bad condition, and something wrong has happened to them. I don't know why I feel like this inside repeatedly. Naren says impossible, nothing can happen to our family. Everybody's fine, and everything went fine. And Pranav and Sonu danced so much that they are probably tired too and Mansi, Mansi is not tired. She had her sangeet, she is probably so happy that she will get married and how much fun it will be. I'm sure everything's fine, don't be tense and sleep. Don't worry, everything is fine, let's go to sleep, I am very tired.

Karmarkar House in the bedroom

Ankita still does not look too convinced but she says go to sleep, I will sleep in a little bit. I want to stand near the window and get the breeze. Naren says ok I will come with you too. Ankita says sir but you just said you were tired, so you sleep. Naren says I am tired but I can't sleep because according to the promise a husband has to be with his wife in any circumstance. So since you will be awake for some time I will also stay awake. Ankita says you are trying your best to be a good husband but me, won't I become a bad wife by doing this? You are tired but you are still coming with me due to me, so I am bad. Ankita lies down and Naren also lies down on the bed.

At the hotel room

Raunaq is sleeping on the sofa. Kinnari comes in the room. She is very angry to see Raunaq and she shakes him. Kinnari says, just look at yourself. I was right that day, there is no difference between you and a dog. You just keep running after girls, you can run but you know what? You can never earn a girl in your life and that is your true worth! Raunaq sits up and he is in a drunk state, he tells Kinnari not to lecture him. Kinnari says I will stop lecturing, but how will you hide from your family when they find out what you did? I will tell your family everything right now! Raunaq says one minute, wait, wait, wait. Raunaq stands up and says you wanted the number? I will give it to you and you can tell everyone what I did but before that I want to tell you something. Raunaq smiles and says you know what I was doing last night? I was doing my suhaag raat. Kinnari is looking very angry. Raunaq laughs and says with Mansi. You know what, I raped Mansi. Raunaq smiles. Now you have no other choice left then to support me, to save your name you will have to hide all of my deeds. You will have to hide them all. You were going to call them, do it. Raunaq gives Kinnari the phone and says talk to them. Kinnari shoves the phone away and leaves the room angrily. Raunaq smiles.

Outside

Pia is outside, she is riding her bicycle on the street. Purvi is sitting in her car, she is watching what's going on outside. An auto driver is scolding a passenger and says you should have told me before coming in the rickshaw, I would not have asked money from you, go and arrange for some money. The passenger says where should I get it from, you must have some. The auto driver says I don't have it! I drive a rickshaw, not a bank! Pia gets off her bicycle and goes over to them, and asks them what happened. The passenger tells Pia that she has no money. Pia says hold on, I will give it. At the office

Arjun is at his office. Purvi is coming in. Arjun and Purvi see each other and walk toward each other. An employee comes over to Purvi and says maam, a girl has come to look for you. Purvi says for me, but for what? The employee says basically she's a chef, and she wants to be a chef in our canteen. She says she can handle both food and management. Purvi says but did you tell her that we already have management? The employee says yes maam I tried to make her understand this, but she wants to meet you once, she came here especially to meet you from Australia. Purvi says from Australia? Did she tell you her name? The employee says name, yes Priya Trivedi(who is really Pia.) Purvi says ok, send her to my office. The employee says ok maam.

Purvi's office

Purvi is at her office desk working. There is a knock at the door. Purvi says come in. Pia is coming in the office. Purvi says you? Pia smiles and says do you know me? Purvi says no, I mean yes. I saw you this morning at the signal, you were helping that girl, and clearing the traffic. By the way thank you so much, I reached the office on time thanks to you. Pia says no maam it's cool, I don't think I did anything special. Pia starts talking to Purvi that she can make very good food in their canteen and maam look at this, I took a course at Sydney's Modern University on Hotel Management and Cooking and did an internship at Auckland's Blue Star Hotel. Purvi says well that's quite impressive but I don't understand, you have so many good qualifications, so why do you want to run our company's canteen? I mean, you can run it at a big, rich hotel. Pia says maam you are right but maam I don't want to do that. I want to work at your company's canteen maam. Purvi says but why?

Purvi's office

Pia says maam I can get a job anywhere but I can't work with such rich people, I don't think it's possible. I did research and my decision is based on my philosophy. You know I found out you are living alone in India so it's obvious that you eat outside and over here at the office you have your national and international meetings with your clients so you must feed them five star food, right? So I thought I could make five star food for your clients so please maam, give me a chance. I will enjoy it a lot to feed you and I will have a lot to learn from you maam and you'll be a great pleasure. Maam please give me a chance. Purvi smiles and asks Pia, what is your name? Pia says Priya Trivedi. Purvi says Priya, have a seat. You know, it's really impressive but Priya who do you live with here? Any friends, family? Pia says maam I live here alone. Purvi says and who is in your family? Pia says maam, in my family I have my aaji, ajoba, maasi, mom, dad, maam there are so many people. You know I have a very big family, just like yours.
