Games people play in the name of love. We go on and on with our games in life--- however good we try to be, these games seep in. It takes a pure soul like Laajo to be who she is , who knows when to take, when to give, when to stay and when to go.

Barkha and nani have just checked mate with their last move. Laajo has left their high society to make way for Ishaana. This is so---according to them-- that Nikhil could live the life that he needs and should live. They have planned this because they love him and think that it is the best that they can give him. Never mind that Barkha cannot find her motherly love, but she needs to find the correct wifely love for her son. Nani, loves her very disturbed daughter and needs to support her. And support her she did , in the most sly way she could.

Barkha's games were calculated ,discussed ,and planned. They were all done with the thought that it was alright because it was the right thing to do.
Her talk with Laajo just before Laajo's departure sounded good, but only to make herself feel better. For how could a woman of Laajo's caliber ever feel alright , having to go back home with a failed marriage?

Ishaana 's game still continues. Her manipulations, her wiles, her charms, all used to get her loved one back could be forgiven if she did not hurt an innocent soul so wickedly. Worst! Even as she holds the trump card in her hand she still plays her game. She wants him to continue hurting as much as she was hurt. She loved and she was hurt and so he loves her and he must hurt.

Nikhil's game ,is in his mind. He wants everything. All the cards. Sorry, dear Nikhil, that's not how its played. Some cards must be thrown down onto the table.

Now, all we need to do is to sit back and guess the game that was played 15 years ago among the older generation.

Actually, after writing this, I must guiltily admit that my soul is not as pure as my poor Laajo's. I have been playing games with my dear husband too. NOt wicked ones---I must quickly add, naughty ones. Luckily for me , he enjoys it!

very nicely written.I feel Nikhil is also very giving human being, even though I am so mad at him right now but still I feel he also can't hurt people be it Lajjo or Ishaana.
The game Barkha played was not as much against Lajjo as much it was against babuji and that village sonbarsa...
Her own bhabhi is villager, I feel it is more against village and its pull.
I feel Nani may be shallow but very wise woman. She is one who has told her daughter many times to love Nikhil, not to do saudebaazi with Nikhil .She even had brains enough to doubt sid's version of truth .I find nani a very intriguing character, layers there are deep and I would love to see them explored.
I also want both barkha and nani to be grandly insulted by Ishana. That would be so cool...
And yes Nikhil..he is a lost soul trying to find his destiny ,hope the makers give us a scene with his self analyzing or even a scene remembering lajjo's care for him .Right now he feels Lajjo doesn't care for him so left

Wow wonderful post👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
But one thing I have to disagree with is Barkha's love...I haven't seen love in her eyes for Nikhil, I haven't seen love in her actions, in her talks, in anything associated with Nikhil. What i think it was in her eyes was her pride and respect being insulted and being stoppled on. Nikhil went against it when he brought in Laajo, an outsider someone that was out of her circle. Then he further disregarded respect when he went against her to allow Laajo stay in the house. He continued to slap that pride and respect away from her as he fought for Laajo every time they were quick to accuse her of something that went wrong. Barkha's pride and respect was being wounded not only by Nikhil but what other ppl in her society might have been saying about her and her family. So she used her games and her calculations to ultimately toss out Laajo. Nani loved her daughter but can we say she did it purely for her? There has to be some type of personal desire to toss out Laajo as she wasn't a good "fit" in their world. I think out of her and Barkha she actually liked Laajo but like what Meera said if Laajo was never in this situation she would have never looked twice at her in a regular circumstance and it boils down to taking her out of their world as she doesn't fit

Ishana's game, she has reeled in it and has come out the winner (in her eyes). she has tossed out Laajo, sullied her character along the way (in Nikhil's eyes), and now has Nikhil to herself. But Ishana has become skilled in this game and she is using it to her advantage on an unsuspecting jerk whose now more so at her mercy. This game will be her comfort as it will tie in Nikhil even further to her but at the same time separate him as he see more and more of her true self.

All these games and all the ppl that are the winners now are going to be sore losers along the line.
Like i mentioned earlier really a nice and intriguing post👏👏👏⭐️⭐️⭐️
