CHAPTER-14.

A smug looking Shlok entered his bedroom ready to face a fuming and worried Astha..

She was not in the room..

Frowning he looked around the room,checked the balcony..She was not there too..

THUD!

He turned on hearing the bathroom door open and close.

A slight humming noise reached his ears as he stared at his wife drying her hair,and walking towards the dressing table.

She was singing to herself,he realized with a frown..

But wasn't she supposed to be tensed..?!He thought in confusion..

His eyes took in her nightdress attired body..This time she was wearing a long blue one,and it looked longer and decent,he realized with relief..

She looked up directly at him,through the mirror..

A soft sigh escaped Shlok's lips..Her beautiful eyes always had the strangest effect on him..

"The bathroom is all yours now Mr. Agnihotri.."She said softly..

But Shlok did not move..Quietly he watched her reaching for the bottle of lotion.She hesitated,for a few seconds,looking at him standing behind her and staring at her.

But then she shrugged and raised her leg on the stool..

Shlok gulped down..

How wrong he was in thinking a woman's nightwear could ever be decent..!

A long slit opened up exposing her creamy legs,and he was afraid to look further..

So she was teasing him,was she..?!

The dollop of lotion,moved down her leg,and Shlok gulped again..

He was not going there again..Not again!If it was a game,they would play it by his rule..Not hers!

Just when she was raising the nightdress up,he strode into the bathroom and banged the door shut..

Unaware of Astha,heaving out a long sigh of relief.

By the time Shlok came out of the bathroom,he found his wife already covered up with blanket and..No..He could tell she was awake,but faking to be asleep really.

With a smile,he walked upto the bed.Then slowly he picked up the blanket,and got inside its warmth.

Slowly he turned and knelt at her side,his hands above her..

Instantly he noticed her getting rigid in her stance.

He was right,she was awake..

With a silent chuckle to himself,he turned off the bedside lamp on her side,and returned to his side of the bed..

"I knew it!She'll be scared of going for the honeymoon and talking about it..Stupid silly girl that's why fell asleep.."He muttered loudly for her to hear,and sighed out,as he lay down facing the other side.

The next instant,she had sprung up like a spring.

Shlok turned towards her slowly,and looked up at enraged eyes,with the most innocent expression he could put on.

"Arey!You did not sleep yet?"

"Stop acting Mr. Agnihotri!It doesn't suit you!"She hissed out.

"Stop calling me so formally Mrs. Agnihotri..It doesn't suit you too!"He said in a teasing voice,as he supported his head on one hand and stared at her with a knowing smile.

"Why the hell are you smiling like a Cheshire cat?!"She snapped out..

"Why the hell are you behaving like a grouchy grizzly bear..?"He countered with a soft chuckle.

Astha looked even more irked and she nearly jumped on him with her hands raised like claws,ready to throttle him..

"YOU!!!"

"Yes sugar..Me..?"He asked softly.

Shlok had now moved closer to her,and his face was only inches away from hers..And as he stared at it,he slowly watched her anger being washed away,and replaced by a completely different expression.

She looked into his eyes,as if searching for something..

Something strange happened to Shlok at that moment..He felt she was looking into his deep dark soul,and could see everything..His every flirtation,his every affair,his every misdeed,everything..

It certainly did not feel very good,as he suddenly started feeling very naked and exposed infront of her..

He quickly blinked and moved away a bit..

As he did so,Astha did the same..

Both of them taking long breath of relief.

"Are you scared of going to the honeymoon Astha?If you want I can ask baba to cancel-.."

"NO!N-..No..It's..It's okay..A honeymoon will be just living in a different room for few days..Nothing to be scared of ..You don't need to cancel it..And anyways you don't scare me a bit..!"She scoffed out the last part,and lay back turning to face the other side..

Shlok smiled to himself,as he lay back again..

Dearest wife..You should have been careful with your words..If honeymoon means just that to you..I have a very big surprise for you..!And after that I would like to see if I scare you or..

His eyes twinkled with mischief,as he chuckled silently to himself again..

Hot,hot,it was so hot!

Shlok groaned out..

Tiny beads of sweat were forming on his forehead..

Then the silky strands moved along his hot naked skin again..He moaned out with pleasure..His body was hardening fast now..

He wanted to touch that soft..It brushed past his lips..

A shattered sigh escaped his lips..

This was getting impossible..He breathed raggedly,as the droplets of sweat ran down his hard cheeks,and something slick and wet swept at them..

Oh God!He was going to die soon..!
