Latha, Astha has always been bird brained ( a word that I have used a million times, thanks to her ) , so any behavior from her does not surprise me, and she was never a true professional to begin with.
She has never got any sympathy from me and I always say both she and shlok deserve each other.

The cvs need to show her to be less enthusiastic about organizing parties and pleasing everyone in the agony house ,specially when she is there because if a divorce.

latha .. as i have always been maintaining, aastha is as flawed a character as shlok and that is
what this story is all about.. i have never expected her to behave normally and she does not

and i am glad the cvs are keeping it that way... yes, she will surely change... but not completely..
just as shlok will change... but not completely... they are made for each other ... period😛

Latha Dear...apologies for hurting you, I came back from work and saw the other post too...
so sorry you felt so much anguish due to my posts...that was not my intention at all and my fault for wording my POV wrongly.😭

I have attached myself too much to Astha because 12 yrs back in I was in same boat...Im married to a very progressive man ( thank god for that) but he is from a very regressive family. trying to please everybody and prove myself to everybody , be regressive and progressive at the same time..being pulled and pushed all sides...failed at it..depressed because of it..etc...even though I had a career and life outside of home. It took me probably 7-8 years to change myself and stop wanting approval from all in the family...in telugu its called " Manchi anipinchkovadam" which was probably ingrained in me since childhood.

Somewhere I felt the same about the female lead character..dumb, birdbrained, idiotic, emotional but real...Probably like Kalindi..when past comes in front of us we see what we want to see...😲

But I do realize my post and verbiage were not appropriate...I am usually much more articulate, have recently become unnecessarily emotional and attached to Astha and Anjali.

I would never want to hurt a real person and a forum friend due to some ficticioous character in the show. I am really sorry I upset you. I will refrain in the future..kasam se..

But know that you and your posts and POV are always respected...both good and bad opinions need to have space to air.

I will step back and detach a little bit and just enjoy the show for a while, this much attachment to the show is not good for me😊.

Peace, friends and keep smiling.

Thats okay no problems, i guess even i am addicted and attached to this show...as i have mentioned before in other posts, shlock is nothing compared to the abuse i faced from my ex husband...so i guess its irritating for me to watch aasthas character, maybe out of frustration i have been writing negative posts about aastha...even i have been watching the show 12 am my time then staying up till early hours writing posts...i have also decided to sit back and just watch the show:)
