Hey Guys...
Some parents/kids do this very rarely when they go food shopping.. Do you read the food lable before you buy any types of foods..?

Like Example: Chocolate Cake

Do you read how many calories does it have or proteins..?

wen we shop..we buy wotever lol... 😆

but nowadays, wen ive eaten before throwing the packing away i do read the energy level and food label... 😃 😆 😳

I always do. I dont eat it if it has tooooo many calories.. 😳
