yes prithvi loves sanyogita in serial but he is depressed with his fathers death and he has to wage a war against bheemdev so he didnt get time to realise about his love

yuppp its obvious tht prithvi loves sanyogita even though he hasnt verbally admitted it but we can tell from all the scenes they show of him thinking abt her...he hallucinates her in every episode yaar! and before arjun's wedding episode, i wasnt completely sure but after tht episode and how prithvi was imagining her and dancing with her and huggin her and all..i became certain that yup..this guy definitely loves her 😊
