UPDATE FOR RE-RUN 11th APRIL 2007

The episode begins with Puru reminding him that he was the chairman and how important it was to attend the meeting and he didnt come . How could he be so irresponsible ,Arman starts to say something but Puru stops him saying that he doesn't want to hear another excuse of his . He tells him that today he was hurt that his 20 years of hardwork had all gone to waste . Arman apologises but in vain , Puru continues to say that he himself couldnt understand what all he should take care of , his company or his family. Today for the first time he felt that he had failed in his life . Arman is speechless , he feels hurt and guilty , he tries to apologise but Puru leaves from there hurt and sad.

Mallika is still ill , Aryan offers her water and asks her to get a hold on herself . Mallika apologises for the mess she created but Aryan consoles her asking her to forget the whole thing and take care of herself as her health was more important. Arman enters asking if she was allright . Aryan taunts him saying that his sister was perfectly fine what with a person like him in her life . He was not only a ghatiya chairman but also a ghatiya insaan and what he did to his sister was unforgivable. Arman stops him saying that it was not necessary to bring personal matters as the presentation was not in any way related to it and if he stopped interfering between them maybe their relationship wouldnt have come to an end. Mallika speaks up this time telling him that if she was the one responsible for his loss then she would resign from GM right now and leaves from there . Arman is shocked , Aryan is very sad to see his sister like this and warns Arman that he would make him suffer for this as each and every tear was more important for him that GM . He would have forgiven for the loss he did to GM but he would never forgive him for ruining his sisters life like this and he would make him pay for all this and leaves .Arman is again dumbstuck feeling guilty .

Jassi meets Arundhati who assumes Jassi would be happy that she had failed . Jassi replies that the presentation's failure was bad for all of them and she wasnt happy for anything as today was a loss to GM . Arundhati tells her that she knows that she was wrong today and she had made a wrong judgement and she was angry seeing her . Jassi is confused and asks her for an explanation. Arundhati tells her that she reminded her of what she was in the past which she wanted to forget . She tells her that she too was just like Jassi with her looks and she wanted to change herself and thats exactly what she did and she was happy too but when she saw her she was reminded the whole thing again and thats why she was angry which led to her downfall. Jassi tells her that she did need to hide what she was and she is what she is and is proud of what she was today . Arundhati tells her that its exactly why she she said that she made a mistake in judging her and leaves saying that this wont be their last meeting and she would be back soon .

Jassi sees Mallika walking in a half conscious state looking ill. Jassi is worried and asks her if she was allright but Mallika doesnt listen to her and goes inside the washroom and falls down fainting . Jassi is shocked and rushes to her aid . The doctor is called with Mallika lying down with the others (Puru, Aryan and Arman ) waiting anxiously for the doctors opinion. The doctor asks them if any one of them was related to her , Arman starts to speak when Aryan shuts him up asking him not to interefere in this .Arman shouts back asking him to keep out of this , Puru gets irritated and asks them both to shut up and behave like adults for once . Aryan once again speaks up and informs the doctor that he was Mallika's sister and what was the problem with her . The doctor advises her to get as much rest as possible and also to make sure that she wasnt stressed or sad . Aryan leaves to get his car while Arman comes forward to help her but she asks him to not touch her as she didnt need his help. Arman asks her to keep quiet and lifts her up and takes her outside to her car .Jassi feels sad on seeing all this .

Arman lays down Mallika on her bed ,Mallika pushes him away stressing that she didnt need his help . Arman asks her to stop but Mallika continues to say that she knew that he was feeling pity for her and isnt that why he was offering to help her But she didnt want any sympathy from anyone as she was better alone and goes off to sleep.

Jassi comes to her cabin where to her surprise Puru stands there sad waiting for her . He is sad on the turn of events today esp seeing Mallika like this . He tells her that he had never seen Mallika as someone else but she was like a daughter and part of his family . He gets the same pain when seeing Mallika like this just like Arman and he never differentiated between the two . He tells her that he still cant understand how they could have so much problems coz of GM when both infact everyone wanted GM's success and was working towards it . Jassi tells him that the problem may not be with GM but in theirr personal relationship. Puru tells her that it wasnt possible coz every relationship takes time , it was not something that was created on the spur of the moment but was created with time , bonding and understanding. He wondered if their relationship was so weak that it would break bcoz of GM , Jassi replies that whatever maybe the basis of their relatinship if the strings of the heart sang the same tune then it would always sound good ,this is what her bebe told her . Puru tells her that maybe this is what they lacked in , the absence of a bebe in their family. Jassi looks shocked.

Meanwhile Arman is still by Mallika's side who has fallen asleep . He tells her tht she was right and maybe she should stay alone and they are not meant for each other and this relationship would only cause harm and break each other than join them . He tells her that it was better for the both of them to stay away from each other than be in a relationship.

At the same time , Puru tells Jassi that he would be shattered if their relationship ends as he had always dreamt of a GM with Arman and Mallika together as they were his hope and dream for the future . GM was not only a business enterprise but a family ,which he took 20 years to build , whose main part were Arman and Mallika and his life would be shattered if they broke up . He tells her that he was broken man today and yet he hoped for a miracle which would somehow bring them back together. He continues to say that if they separate then everything would end and leaves . Jassi is almost in tears seeing his pain and also coz of the pain she feels abt this.

Jassi comes out to leave when she sees Arman standing by the reception area in deep thought . Jassi comes to him asking if he was allright as she was worried seeing him standing alone all by himself . Arman tells her that maybe it was best that he stayed alone as he ended up giving pain and hurt if he stayed with them. His dad and perhaps Mallika too would be happy without him , Jassi tells him that his father would never be happy if he and Mallika break up. Arman looks at her and says with tears that his father wouldnt be happy anyway , maybe he gave up his right to be happy the day he gave his chairmanship to him . He tells her that he was so bad that he ended up hurting and betraying his father and also ended up hurting his daughter like bahu whom he loved so much . Jassi asks him to not say like that as he didnt do anything on purpose and he should find a solution instead of blaming himself . Arman turns towards Jassi and asks her if she knew what her problem was .......Jassi looks anxiously when he says that she was too good , so good that he felt worse standing before her . He asks her not to interfere in a situation where she couldnt help him , Jassi is shocked and hurt . Arman turns away and asks her to leave him alone and go . Jassi leaves sad

Jassi back in her room , opens her diary to write . She writes that till now she had seen him angry, happy , as a friend but for the first time she saw him in pain and she cant bear to see him like that . She continue to write that if his pain would be reduced by his and Mallika's getting back then she would do all she can to get them back together as it was her mission . She further writes that it wouldnt affect her as even if her dream would be shattered , her love cannot be broken by anyone and it would remain with her forever . The episode ends with her in teras closing the diary .

COMMENTS: Great episode with brilliant acting by everyone . Each character was right in their own way . They were all entitled to feel the way they did be it anger.hurt,guilt or sad . Good episode overall .
